Birthday Parties

What will the children do at the party? Each party is tailored to the age and experience of the children. Our coach will have a discussion with you about the types of party games/drills to be played at your party.

My child really wants a cricket party but has never played before, is that ok? We have run plenty of parties like this and we have some excellent games with the bat and ball to get them hooked!

Is it ok to have a mixture of boys and girls? Yes, no problem.

How many children can I invite? Between 8 to 16 children is the ideal amount, but we can accommodate more or less (there is a per child charge above 16 children).

Where can I have the party? Parties can be held inside or outside. Ideal venues are leisure centres, school halls, school fields or other sports field, such as your local park. We recommend that parties from October to April are held inside due to the weather. It’s advisable, but not essential, to have a back up indoor venue if booking outside in case of rain.

What do I need to book? If you are holding the party in an indoor venue, you just need to book hire of the hall and an area to have your party food afterwards

Will I need to provide any equipment? No. Our coaches bring all necessary equipment for the party.

How do I know my coach will be good? All of our lead party coaches hold Level 2 coaching certificates and are currently teaching in schools and experienced in working with children. They have a vast knowledge of their sport and know a lot of fun games to play at the party.

Do you provide party invites? Yes we do provide party invites.

I’ve booked my party, what now? Once a deposit/full amount has been paid, the coach will call you to answer any questions you may have and to discuss the arrangements in detail for your party.

What happens if I need to cancel? Unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable. We can postpone the party if necessary, and arrange a mutually suitable alternative date.
