U13s-U16s High Performance

4 Weeks: Sunday 8th November 2026 – Sunday 29th November 2026

School Year 8-11, Ages 13-16 Advanced Level (SELECTIVE ENTRY ONLY)

This is our High Performance programme for our most advanced players and is aimed at players already competing at county or tier-1 level, or showing clear potential to do so. Sessions focus on match fitness and strength & conditioning, batting against spin, batting against pace, advanced fielding technique, match awareness and tactical understanding, and consistency in bowling.

This course looks to further progress the technical and tactical knowledge of the players. Sessions are structured, challenging and progressive, helping players build strong technical foundations while developing the tactical awareness, decision-making and competitive habits needed to progress. Selective entry is subject to trials ( dates TBC)

We will be working on:

Batting technique and scoring options

Bowling control, consistency and variations

Batting against pace and spin

Match scenarios and game awareness

Fielding, catching and movement

Decision-making under pressure

Confidence and competitive habits

Session runs 2pm-3.55pm
