Faisal

Faisal is the founder of Cricket Dynamics and an ECB Qualified Level 2 coach. He’s been an avid cricketer since childhood and was fortunate enough to get solid grassroots cricket exposure very early on. At 13, Faisal represented the London Borough of Merton. He has played competitive cricket throughout school, college and university.

His thoughts are that doing something with a passion makes it fun, and hard work and guidance makes it possible to achieve the best results. Faisal has three children, two boys and a girl, and it seems the love for cricket is inherent in their genes!

Faisal currently plays league cricket and has represented a number of reputable cricket clubs in the Surrey Championships, Kent League, Middlesex League, and played for banks and financial institutions.

As a bowling specialist, Faisal focuses on technical development, consistency and performance improvement.

Mo - Cricket Dynamics

Mo

Mo has been coaching cricket for almost four years, developing players across different age groups and abilities. Mo decided to become a coach because he wanted to give back to the game that shaped his character and discipline. Helping young players to develop skills, confidence and teamwork gives him purpose. Seeing the kids he coaches, on and off the field, inspires him to keep learning and leading every single day.

He has over nine years of experience playing cricket, including competing in Surrey Premier Division and Division 1, University cricket and the ECB City Cup U21. He represented Surrey Cricket Foundation and Chris Gayle Academy.

Currently, Mo has a Level 2 Core Coach qualification and is working full-time with the Surrey Cricket Foundation.
